[ The Battle of Red Cliff ]

last night i met up with my old time buddy, shen jiaan for late night show, the battle of the red cliff! SJ come to pick me up and we head down to E!hub at Downtown East to catch the 9.15pm show. we reached around 8.15 and the ticket is already sold out so we decided to catch the next slot which is at midnight. which means we had to wait for 3 - 4 hours for the movie to start! -_-". SJ treated me dinner in a Japanese Restaurant. thanks dude! the food down there is nice and we ate until quite full! haha.
after that we went to walk around and get a caffeine drink to keep ourself awake! lol. then SJ told me that he want to put new parking lot, scare kena fined. and so we head over to the carpark and to his horror, he was fined for $30. LOL.
damn suay sia him. LOL. then we find one corner and chit chat until it was about time to see the movie.. lol..
after watching the movie, im kinda disappointed. becox it wasnt as good as the 1st one. the lack of convincing actions(most of the burning ships were done through computer effects) and it didnt really follows the history.(zhuge liang was suppose to perform a 3days 3night ritual to ask for a northern wind, after which the wind started to blow northwards, he was to be hunted down by the wu officers but he fled supposedly rescued by zhao yun)
so i would rated this show, 2.85/5. only watch it if u have the $$$ to throw..
